Affinius Capital Provides $110M in Construction Financing for Brooklyn Multifamily Project

Gindi Capital and Avery Hall have secured $110 million in construction financing from Affinius Capital to develop a 13-story, 193-unit multifamily building in Brooklyn.

Located on 4th Avenue between Union and Sackett Streets, the building will also feature 14,000 square feet of prime retail space on the ground floor. In addition, the project will include a range of amenities, such as a rooftop lounge and pool, a coworking space, a children’s playroom, a fitness center, a pet-washing station, tenant storage, and a bike room. The building is set to be completed in 2024 and will provide mixed-income housing in the Gowanus and Brownstone Park Slope neighborhoods. The site is located in a federally recognized Opportunity Zone and will be held as a long-term rental asset.

The financing was arranged by Christopher Peck and Peter Rotchford of JLL.
