BLACKLINE Appointed Retail Leasing Agent for Beachmont Square in Revere
HYM Investment Group has appointed BLACKLINE Retail Group as the exclusive leasing agent for the restaurant and retail elements of Beachmont Square, the first phase of its development of Suffolk Downs in Revere, Massachusetts.
Located next to the MBTA Beachmont Blue Line Station, Beachmont Square is set to feature over 1,500 luxury residential units, 325,000 square feet of lab/office space, 85,000 square feet of retail space, a 159-key hotel, an outdoor amphitheater and plaza. The first residential building, Amaya, is under construction and set to open in 2024, comprising 475 apartments and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
