St. John Properties Appoints Ryan Mitchell Director of Interior Construction
St. John Properties, a private commercial real estate company, has appointed Ryan Mitchell as director of interior construction for the Virginia and Central Maryland division.
Mitchell has over 18 years of commercial real estate and construction experience, having previously served in project management roles for The Wormald Companies, NVR, Inc. and H&H Drywall Specialties. In his new role, Mitchell will continue to supervise all tenant build-out activities across St. John Properties’ portfolio in region, managing in-house project managers, field staff, and third-party subcontractors to meet move-in deadlines.
