CBRE Promotes 32-Year Company Veteran to Vice Chairman 

CBRE has promoted Blake Mirkin to vice chairman, the highest title for producers at the company. A 32-year veteran with CBRE, Mirkin specializes in the acquisition and disposition of major office facilities globally and serves as a tenant advisor for the site selection and lease negotiation process. 

“Regarded as a trusted real estate advisor to prominent entertainment, law, finance, real estate and technology companies, Blake has been involved in some of the most noteworthy and largest transactions in Los Angeles history,” said Andrew Ratner, CBRE executive managing director in Los Angeles. “His promotion to vice chairman is a culmination of his impressive contributions to the industry and CBRE and exemplary leadership skills.” 

Over his career, Mirkin has completed more than 2,500 sale and lease transactions totaling over $6 billion. As a result, he has consistently ranked as the top producer in the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County region.
