AZ Building Group Moves into New Dallas Headquarters

Two affiliated companies, Creation and LGE Design Build have opened new headquarters within the Dallas Design District. The newly opened 32,000-square-foot office recently underwent a redevelopment led by Creation, the developer, and executed by LGE, the architect and general contractor. Creation and LGE occupy approximately 20,000 square feet of the building and will lease the additional 12,000 square feet for boutique office, showroom or hybrid uses. The Dallas headquarters has a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym, a speakeasy, a large breakroom with snacks and cold brew on tap.

Since 2020, the two affiliated companies from Arizona have charted aggressive growth in Texas and currently have more than $280 million in shared commercial real estate projects under construction, totaling 1,854,718 square feet, in Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston and another $503 million is in the pipeline across the state.

The new office is located at 1280 E. Levee St., positioned less than 10 minutes from popular Downtown Dallas attractions.
