Green Street Names Finance Veteran as New CFO

Green Street, the Newport Beach-based provider of commercial real estate intelligence and analytics, has appointed Dan “Fig” Figenshu as CFO. Prior to joining Green Street, Figenshu served as CFO at travel-tech company Mondee.

In his new position on Green Street’s senior leadership team, Figenshu oversees the firm’s finance, accounting, payroll, and reporting functions, reporting directly to Green Street’s Chief Executive Officer, Jeffry Stuek Jr.

“We are thrilled to welcome Fig to Green Street,” said Mr. Stuek. “He brings more than 20 years of finance and operations experience at companies ranging from Series-A startups to multi-billion-dollar media companies, We are confident that he will provide the same strategic leadership to our financial organization.”

In addition to his recent experience at Mondee, Figenshu was COO/CFO at Rocketrip, a venture-backed travel-tech start-up that merged with Mondee. He also served as SVP of finance at Mic Network, where he built and grew the firm’s finance and accounting functions from the ground up.
