Avison Young Appoints John Dolan as Managing Director for New England Market 

John Dolan has been named as the managing director of the New England market by Avison Young. In his new role, Dolan will focus on recruiting talent, expanding client services, and identifying business development opportunities.  

He joined Avison Young as a principal in February 2021 and will work towards enhancing the company’s presence across the New England region. Dolan has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, he will work closely with the service line leaders to supervise the firm’s daily operations and oversee the development of its real estate services in the New England market. Dolan’s appointment follows Tom Collins’ retirement. 

“John is a proven leader and a champion of multi-market occupier services within the commercial real estate industry and I’m excited to have him take on the role of managing director in New England,” said Juan Bueno, principal and U.S. president.
