Spearpoint Logistics Takes Over 417K SF Ft. Worth Industrial Building

Spearpoint Logistics plans to open a 417,000-square-foot distribution hub in the Alliance area of Fort Worth. The company, based in Casper, Wyoming, says the facility will be at 1124 Bold Ruler Road. The location is north of the Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport off I-35W near the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railway facility.

The building will have 40-foot-high ceilings and 18,000 square feet of chilled space for a variety of shippers.

Spearpoint has partnered with Transportes EASO, a Mexican transportation provider, to provide shipping to and from Mexico, and the location in Texas will allow for deliveries to every major market in the United States within two days.
