Alison Beddard Adds Oregon Oversight to Washington State Managerial Duties

Cushman & Wakefield has named Alison Beddard as managing principal of the firm’s operations for Oregon. The new appointment expands on her current role as managing principal for Washington State, which she has held since January 2021.

Based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Seattle office, Beddard will oversee the strategic growth of the firm’s business lines in the Portland market in Oregon in addition to her existing role overseeing the Seattle and Bellevue markets in Washington.

“Alison is a highly experienced and accomplished leader and has excelled in each market she has helped oversee at Cushman & Wakefield,” said Dan Broderick, Cushman & Wakefield’s President, Americas Advisory. “Alison’s proven hands-on approach, emphasis on authentic relationships, and commitment to excellence will remain valued assets in driving growth in Oregon, Washington and across the critical Pacific Northwest region.”

Beddard began her career as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield in 2005.
