Life Time Announces Summer Opening of New 120,000-square-foot Athletic Country Club

Life Time announced the summer opening of its fourth South Florida location at The Falls, a Simon property, in Miami.

The indoor club and outdoor space, covering nearly 120,000 square feet, replaces the former Bloomingdale’s as a ground-up build in the 55-acre upscale shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

Once open, members and guests will experience an outdoor leisure pool with waterslides, whirlpool and luxury seating with cabanas, expansive outdoor Life Cafe & Bar, indoor leisure pool and six-lane adult lap pool, and a lap pool for kids. It will also include seven dedicated studios for indoor cycle, group fitness, Pilates and yoga programming, pickleball courts, and a fitness floor with space for individual and small group training.

Training, nutrition coaching, sports recovery and chiropractic care will be available onsite, as will a full-service salon and spa. Programming will be provided for kids up to 11 years old.
