City Realty Group Renovates Office Building in Quincy

City Realty Group hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony and led tours of its recently renovated Class A office building at 1515 Hancock Street in Quincy Center on the 20th of April. Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch, Quincy Chamber of Commerce President Tim Cahill, and building tenants attended the event, which was catered by new tenant Magic Bowl.

CRG acquired the 132,0000-square-foot, Class A office building in 2021. The 132,000-square-foot building underwent extensive renovations, including a revitalized lobby, spacious common areas, and modern amenities.

“We came in and did an extensive renovation to frame the building into a more modern context. That led to our tenants being very appreciative and new tenants starting to come to us, and we started to sign-up a lot of new leases,” said Stephen Whalen, CRG’s managing partner. The building is now 80% leased and is expected to be fully occupied within the next nine months.
