Mission Valley Offices Find Buyer for $5M

Pacific Coast Commercial closed the sale of a multi-tenant office building located at 3511 Camino Del Rio S. in San Diego’s Mission Valley neighborhood. The 27,648-square-foot building sold for $4,600,000 to Urban West Ventures.

”We were privileged to represent the buyers in this significant value-add, off-market opportunity,” said Pacific Coast Commercial’s Colton Speas. “The buyer plans to reimagine the property with modern design elements offering a range of spaces to suit a variety of business needs, including open-plan offices, private suites, and common area amenities.”

The sale was facilitated by Speas and his Pacific Coast Commercial colleagues Tommas Golia and Jason Vieira, who represented the buyer. The sellers, Gregory Brown and Pamela Brown, were self-represented.
