PORT 32 Marinas welcomes Matthew Juall as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, and Kishan Desai as Vice President of Acquisitions

PORT 32 Marinas Appoints Matthew Juall Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Kishan Desai Vice President of Acquisitions

PORT 32 Marinas, LLC, which has marina assets in nine markets across both coasts of Florida, welcomes Matthew Juall as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions, and Kishan Desai as Vice President of Acquisitions. 

Juall and Desai will work with Austin Schell, who was recently appointed CEO of PORT 32 and a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Juall is based in Orlando and has more than 20 years of real estate, finance and leadership experience. He most recently worked in acquisitions and development for Grove Point Marinas, Integra Marinas and Marina Development Partners. 

Desai is based in Charleston and has extensive experience in operations, capital markets, and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining PORT 32, he was Director of Acquisitions at Safe Harbor Marinas. 

PORT 32 is growing its portfolio within Florida and plans to expand strategically into new markets along the Atlantic Coast and Gulf of Mexico.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
