Bulfinch’s Needham Property Fills Up After Reposition

Bulfinch Companies, a commercial real estate and investment firm, has announced new leases, expansions and extensions at 117 Kendrick Street in Needham, Massachusetts.

“We are thrilled to be able to attract top-tier life science and office tenants to the Needham area,” says Michael Wilcox, SVP, Director of Leasing at Bulfinch. “Welcoming new life science tenants to 117 Kendrick further strengthens the growing cluster of life science companies and promotes the location as an attractive option for more research and development.”

The property, which was repositioned from office to life science, has recently signed leases with ABio-X Holdings for 15,000 square feet, Xenon Pharmaceuticals for 17,000 square feet, and Evolved by Nature for 43,000 square feet. Co-working space provider Workbar has also expanded its space at the property from 16,000 square feet to nearly 27,000 square feet, while Warner Bros. Entertainment has extended its lease for several more years. The building is now 92% leased.
