Florida Investor Scores Deal for Franklin Park Warehouse

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 9900 Franklin Ave., a 85,800-square foot industrial property located in Franklin Park, IL. The sale price wasn’t disclosed.

First VP Peter Doughty, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor based in Illinois. The buyer, a private investor located in Florida, was also secured and represented by Doughty.

“Both the property’s proximity to O’Hare and high yield made this a competitive situation,” said Doughty. “The buyer, who comes from a compressed yield state, and the seller were both very happy with the outcome.”
