Cushman & Wakefield has announced the completion of a multi-million-dollar capital improvement program to reposition 4800 Hampden Lane, a Class A office asset located in Bethesda, Maryland. The property is owned by the Anne and Bernard Spitzer Charitable Trust. The renovations include the addition of a new state-of-the-art conference center, fitness center, bike storage facility, upgraded lobby, and enhancements to the façade.

The 12-story building offers over 70,000 square feet of Class A office space availability and features six high-speed elevators, 24/7 security, onsite garage parking, and onsite property management. The property is located one block from the Bethesda Metro Station’s red line and one block from the future purple line, with proximity to Capital Crescent Trail.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Katcher, Ben Powell and Gwen Dominguez are the exclusive leasing brokers for the property.
