Peak Realty Tapped to Lease Up West Loop Luxury Apartments

Peak Realty has been tapped by Tandem Development to market and lease Sage West Loop, a 196-unit, new construction luxury apartment building in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Leasing is now available for the luxury apartments located at 1044 W. Van Buren.

“Sage West Loop really represents the next huge step in our evolution as we push into the more institutional grade lease-up space,” said Shane Rachman, president, Peak Realty. “We are particularly excited to partner with Tandem as we see real estate through a very similar lens, putting people first and sharing a long-term vision.”

He added, “We’ve already pre-leased 5% within the first couple of weeks. The first-floor commercial space at Sage West Loop’s prominent residential development is perfect for a tenant that offers our residents valued services or products and enhances the overall community and living experience.”
