Chicago and Rosemont Brokers Win National Recognition Week Awards from Transwestern
Transwestern Real Estate Services said Monday that five brokers based in the Chicago and Rosemont offices were recognized nationally for their performance excellence in 2022. This year’s National Recognition Week (NRW) award winners included:
- Joe Karmin, Justin Lerner and Cece Conway were recognized for their 2022 transaction volume. In total, only 31 brokers nationwide earned a spot in the firm’s coveted Champions Club.
- Larry Serota was another Champions Club winner and was also recognized with an Excellence in Collaboration award and Capital Markets Deal of the Year award.
- Ross Lehrman received the Young Guns award for the Midwest region. The Young Guns award winners represent the next wave of fresh talent at Transwestern who significantly impacted their teams through deal sourcing, business development and execution.
“I’m proud to see five members from Transwestern’s Midwest region recognized for their hard work,” said Greg Munson, executive managing director of the Midwest Region. “These awards represent the ingenuity displayed by Joe, Justin, Cece, Larry and Ross. The 2022 deal volume in the Midwest region makes it clear that these individuals also inspire their colleagues to greater heights.”
Furthermore, Serota was one of just two Transwestern brokers to win the Founder’s Award, the firm’s top recognition awarded annually, from Transwestern chairman Robert Duncan.
