Woodcliff Realty Advisors Hires Retail Real Estate Veterans 

Woodcliff Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate consulting group based in New Jersey, has announced the new addition of two retail real estate veterans, Gregory T. Maloney and Bill Rose. 

“Greg Maloney and Bill Rose bring new areas of expertise previously missing from the consultant lineup at Woodcliff Realty,” said Rudolph E. Milian, president and CEO of the Woodcliff Lake. “What makes Woodcliff different from other consultancies is that many retail real estate specialists are offering their expertise in their own unique disciplines through a coordinated consortium”  

Maloney is the retail advisor of GTM Associates LLC, based in Florida, after retiring from his post as president and CEO of JLL Americas Retail earlier this year. Rose is the senior managing director of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. Both Maloney and Rose will continue their individual practices in addition to serving Woodcliff Realty clients.
