Joint Venture Appoints CBRE to Lease Office Depot Campus in Boca Raton
BH Group and PEBB Enterprises has selected CBRE as the exclusive leasing agent for a 200,000-square-foot office building located at 6600 N. Military Trail in Boca Raton, FL. The venture recently purchased the 29-acre office campus featuring three Class A office buildings that was originally constructed in 2008 as a build-to-suit for Office Depot’s global headquarters.
John Criddle, Joe Freitas and Max Pawk with CBRE will be marketing the North Tower for lease on behalf of BH and PEBB.

Military Trail in Boca Raton, this property presents a great value for any tenants looking to relocate their headquarters within South Florida or from out of state. Ownership plans to renovate the north entrance of what will be a multi-tenant office building and deliver suites ranging from approximately 2,500 to 5,000 rentable square feet on the third floor.
