MDH spends $67M on recently built FW industrial building

MDH Increases DFW Industrial Footprint

MDH Partners acquired the recently completed Fort Worth Logistics Hub, Building 1, a 670,914-square-foot, Class-A industrial building, 100% leased, and located in Fort Worth, Texas. The purchase price for the 2022 acquisition was $67.5 million. Joe DeHaven served as the acquisition lead for MDH Partners. Eastdil Secured represented the seller in this transaction. MDH Partners’ Texas footprint has increased to over 3.3 million square feet of industrial space under roof.

MDH Partners DeHaven had more, “With some economic uncertainty looming, one of our focuses currently is to pursue long term leased newly constructed buildings in tier 1 sunbelt markets, and this asset fits that profile well.”

Fort Worth Logistics Hub is fully leased to Samsung SDS America, a provider of logistics and IT services to the Samsung Group.
