Red Stars Soccer Club Leases West Loop Offices

CBRE has arranged a new headquarters office lease on behalf of the Chicago Red Stars of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). The team will occupy 10,417 square feet at 820 W Jackson in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.

CBRE’s Bill Sheehy and Rachel Galindez represented the Chicago Red Stars. The team is a founding member of the NWSL, which was established in 2013.

“This location is a perfect match for the energy and growth the Red Stars have ahead and will allow them to establish even deeper roots in the city,” said Sheehy.

Added Mike Ernst, Red Stars interim chief business officer, “The Red Stars’ new office in the West Loop neighborhood will act as a hub for the club as we endeavor to establish a deeper connection with the city and reach out to fans in neighborhoods across the city.”
