Chris Neidhardt Joins Cantrell & Morgan as Development Principal

Chris Neidhardt has joined Jacksonville, FL-based Cantrell & Morgan, Inc as development principal. He brings more than 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience in development, redevelopment, entitlements, leasing and acquisitions/dispositions.

Neidhardt began his career at CBRE as a retail real estate broker before joining Regency Centers, where he focused on developing retail shopping centers for best-in-class retailers, such as Target, Kohl’s and Wal-Mart.

Following his time at Regency Centers, he transitioned to the retailer side of the business. He worked for Southeastern Grocers and later became director of real estate for 24 Hour Fitness, where he led the company’s real estate development efforts for the Southeast US and Texas while also opening several new markets.

Neidhardt credits his decade-plus working directly for grocers, most recently with Amazon Grocery Stores, with giving him an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals required to identify optimal development sites.
