Eureka Opens 4th Orange County Location in Aliso Viejo
Creative restaurant Eureka has opened its fourth location in Orange County, a 4,500-square-foot indoor space plus upgraded patio at The Commons in Aliso Viejo, CA. JLL’s Justin McMahon represented Eureka and the landlord, Buie Communities, in the lease.
According to a news release, Eureka brings a commitment to Energy, Discovery and Community and offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring a scratch kitchen and a creative craft beverage program.
“Aliso Viejo is a sophisticated and affluent community with little high-quality full-service restaurant and bar concepts to serve demand,” said McMahon. “Eureka will be a fantastic addition to this neighborhood and we are excited to continue to work with them as well as their sister concept, La Popular, in identifying strategic locations for its growth in Southern California.”
The Commons is situated at the corner of Aliso Creek Road and Enterprise, just off the State Route 73 freeway.
