Law Firm Relocates to CME Center in Keeping with Flight-to-Quality Trend

Hanley Flight & Zimmerman (HFZ), a patent and intellectual property law firm, has signed a 13,943-square-foot lease at 10 South Wacker, or CME Center. Having previously worked with HFZ in 2021, Transwestern associate broker Nathan Miller, executive managing director Andrew Davidson and EVP Kyle Robbins were again tapped to provide tenant advisory services.

HFZ’s lease is in keeping with the flight-to-quality trend of companies relocating to contemporary Class A buildings. Amenities at CME Center include state-of-the-art tenant spaces known as the ZO. Clubhouse and ZO. Lounge, a conferencing center and 24-hour fitness facilities. The building also has a riverside restaurant and a wine bar.

“This move exemplifies a trend of upgrading to newer Class A product with amenities that will excite employees,” said Miller. “A space like this can encourage employees to return to the office and also works as a great recruiting tool.”

Building owner 10-30 South Wacker, LLC was represented by Tishman Speyer’s Olivia Parker and Adam Mitchell.
