Kidder Mathews Arranges $11M Sale of Hollywood Office Building
Brian Ballard of Ballard Partners has purchased 743 Seward Street, a newly-constructed, 11,000-square-foot office building in the media district of Hollywood, CA. Ballard paid $10.95 million for the three-story building to the seller, Plus Development Group, which constructed the property in 2021.
“The building offers un-compromised quality and is well-positioned to serve Ballard’s needs as the firm moves into a new market and continues to grow,” said Kidder Mathews’ EVP John Anthony who represented the bipartisan lobbying and PR firm, along with Kidder’s Christopher Steck and Christopher Giordano.
The building features an open design with floor-to-ceiling steel frame windows, a 600-square-foot private terrace and a historic oak tree in front of the property. Located just one block from Melrose Avenue, the property is within walking distance to many shopping and dining destinations. Headquartered in Florida, the office will be Ballard Partners’ first on the West Coast.
