HS Data Centers Breaks Ground on 255K-SF Development in Ashburn

H5 Data Centers, a national colocation and wholesale data center provider, has broken ground on a three-story data center that will support 42 MWs of critical load across 255,000 square feet in Ashburn, VA.

The data center is located on Beaumeade Circle and will qualify for VA data center sales and use tax exemption.

According to H5 Data Centers, the build is in response to accelerating demand for large-scale data center space in top-tier markets. The company also points out that NoVa is the largest data center market in the world, but the immense growth of the market has made it difficult for cloud and technology companies to source scalable capacity.
