N. Texas exploring gondolas for CRE projects

Real Estate Developments May Soon See New Transport at Their Door

Getting where you want to go in an urban environment can test anyones nerves. North Texas transportation officials recognize that and are looking at ways to better move people along. A new mode of public transportation could be coming to Texas — and it’ll allow you to fly high over traffic and streets.

High-tech gondolas could be on the horizon for Dallas-Fort Worth, thanks to Swyft Cities’ “advanced gondola system”. Swyft Cities says it provides innovative transportation solutions for real estate projects. Advanced smart gondola systems provide efficient, comfortable, sustainable mobility for projects ranging from simple to complex. They provide project feasibility, design, and implementation for complete mobility solutions.

The Regional Transportation Council for North Texas plans to invite cities next week to “pick their most congested areas for the autonomous gondolas to be built.” Both parties will then work together to figure out where in Dallas-Fort Worth the first gondolas will be built.
