Luxury Salon Suite Inks 25-Year Lease for First Brooklyn Location

Avery Hall, a real estate investment firm, said that luxury salon suite company Salons by JC has leased retail space at One Boerum Place, a mixed-use luxury rental development located in Brooklyn. It will be the first Brooklyn location for the tenant.

Court Stone Partners, the largest franchisee developer of Salons By JC, recently finalized a 25-year lease transaction on a 13,316-square-foot retail space in the luxury building. Salons by JC was represented by Compass broker Michael K. Davis, while Newmark brokers Jeremy Ezra, Peter Whitenack and Tyler King represented One Boerum Place.

“We are proud to welcome Salons by JC at One Boerum Place in one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Brooklyn where new retail openings and lifestyle brands add to the energy of the area,” said Brian Ezra, partner at Avery Hall.
