Cawley Chicago Brokers Sale of Multi-Tenant Crystal Lake Warehouse

Cawley Chicago arranged the sale of a multi-tenant industrial property located at 7510 Virginia Rd. in Crystal Lake, IL for an undisclosed sum. The team, led by principal David Conroy and associate Joe Shapiro closed the deal, marking their sixth successful transaction in the McHenry County submarket within the past 15 months. The buyer was represented by Logan Krutsch of Fuhler Properties, who also served as the broker-owner for Logan & Kurt Krutsch.

Shapiro said, “This was a win-win deal for both buyer and seller. This intricate seller-financed sale allowed the buyers to get a lower interest rate and the sellers a higher price.”

Built in 1960, the 46,000-ssquare-foot, single-story industrial warehouse sits on 3.9 acres and offers outdoor storage, ample parking, and a warehouse showroom. Crystal Lake is located 45 miles northwest of Chicago, is about a 45-minute drive from O’Hare International Airport and is near several major highways and Interstates.
