Lewitt Hackman Renews 23K-SF Office Lease in Encino

Law firm Lewitt Hackman has renewed its 23,000-square-foot office lease at 16633 Ventura Boulevard in Encino, CA. The firm will continue to use the same size space for its law offices, which is seeing 70% to 80% attendance daily. JLL’s Bryan Lewitt and Chris Isola represented the tenant in the transaction.

“This office is centrally located for Lewitt Hackman employees and its clients. The company has seen growth in several practice groups with healthcare business being a key driver,” said JLL’s Lewitt in a press release. Isola added that JLL expects more companies to move forward on finalizing long-term office leases in 2023.

“Our Encino office continues to provide our attorney, support staff and clients with outstanding services and amenities,” said Lewitt Hackman President Keith Zimmet. “As part of our renewal, we intend to perform extensive modernization to our space for an increasingly agile workforce and client base well into the future.”
