Snowball Developments Acquires 120K-SF, Fully Leased Warehouse in South Windsor
Snowball Developments, LLC has purchased 555 Nutmeg Road N, a 120,000-square-foot single-tenant warehouse with excess land located in South Windsor, CT. The property is fully occupied by one of the largest wholesale tire distributors in the US.
Marc Duval, Jordan Avanzato, Nicholas Stefans, Josh Stein and Jose Cruz of JLL represented the seller, a private group of investors led by Nexjen Real Estate, in the sale to Snowball Developments LLC, a NYC-based private investor with a growing portfolio of nine light industrial properties in the Tri-State region. In addition, Tom DiMicelli of JLL’s leasing team was involved in the transaction.
555 Nutmeg Road The warehouse is situated on approximately 12 acres and features 25’ clear heights, eight loading docks, five drive-in doors. It also includes excess acreage to potentially expand the existing warehouse or for the opportunity to lease outdoor storage.
The property is within a two-hour drive to both Boston and New York City, and Bradley International Airport is 20 minutes.
