SPI Advisory flips Dallas project after two year hold

SPI Unloads East DFW Rental Community After Two Year Hold

SPI Advisory was able to spin off a rebranded development after a two year old. Built in 2003 in the “Rodeo Capital of Texas,” just a few miles south of major DFW thoroughfares like I-30, I-635, and George Bush Tollway, The Ventura offers residents spacious, open floor plans, upscale community amenities, and convenient access to prominent  Downtown and North Dallas employment, shopping, and recreational centers. The 111 unit development was formerly named “Central Park Apartments”.

The Ventura successfully went through an extensive rebranding upon SPI Advisory and its syndicated partners’ acquisition in March of 2021. Over the past few years of ownership and management, SPI and its partners have enjoyed supervising the completion of capital expenditure improvements and renovations to the community’s interior units, exterior building design & signage, and common areas including, but not limited to the leasing office, volleyball court, pool, and package locker system.
