32BJ Health Fund Commits to Flatiron District Offices

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged an 18,850-square-foot lease for Building Service 32BJ Health Fund at 22 W. 19th St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The nonprofit organization will occupy the entire second floor.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jenna Catalon and Mark Weiss represented 32BJ. Michael Heaner and Sam Stein represented the landlord, Kaufman Organization, in-house.

“We are elated to have helped 32BJ expand their presence in this conveniently located space just steps away from their headquarters,” said Catalon. “As 32BJ continues to grow and expand, this new office will provide a fresh and productive environment for its employees.”

The property is a 191,400-square-foot office building featuring a renovated lobby, up-to-date communications infrastructure and 24/7 access.

“22 W. 19th St. continues to attract tenants due to its classic Flatiron location and newly renovated lobby,” said Michael Heaner, partner at the Kaufman Organization.
