Green Cities Tabs Newmark as Leasing Agent at Portland Tower

The Green Cities Company, a real estate investment management firm focusing on environmental and social responsibility, has signed an exclusive listing agreement with the Newmark Portland team to lease The Offices at 5 MLK in Portland, OR. Completed in 2020, the property is the first mixed-use development in the country to achieve a new Fitwel certification for mixed-use buildings, combining health requirements for residents and office tenants.

Designed by GREC Architects, 5 MLK features four floors totaling 115,000 square feet of Class A office space, along with 11 floors of apartment space above. Building amenities include a fitness center, a wellness room, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and terraces.
