Fantini & Gorga Arranges $12M Refi for Class A Office Complex in Downtown Burlington
Boston, MA-based Fantini & Gorga has arranged a $12-million first mortgage for Gateway Square, a two-building Class A office complex with adjacent parking garage located in Burlington, VT.
The non-recourse loan was placed by Wayne Clough and Colin Monahan of Fantini & Gorga with a regional bank for the refinancing on behalf of Investors Corporation of Vermont Properties. The real estate developer and manager specializes in office, retail and residential markets in Northwestern Vermont and has expanded its operations into CT, NY, NH and FL.
Gateway Square was completed in 1999 and offer views of Lake Champlain. They sit on Main Street in Burlington’s walkable downtown center within easy access to shops, restaurants and events. The building’s proximity to several other Investors Corporation of Vermont Properties provides tenants the ability to expand as their operations grow.
