John Marshall Media Renews Midtown West Space for 10 Years

Multi–Grammy Award-winning production studio John Marshall Media has signed a 10-year lease renewal for its 4,944 square feet at GFP Real Estate’s 630 Ninth Ave., also known as the Film Center Building.

John Marshall Media, a tenant at the building since 2011, specializes in the production of audiobooks, educational content and podcast production.  The space features six recording studios, a post-production facility and the company’s general and executive offices. GFP Real Estate will install a new HVAC unit for the company.

“630 Ninth Ave. continues to serve as New York City’s hub for music and production companies, which are drawn to the building’s incredible location in Midtown West,” said Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate, who represented both landlord and tenant. “We are thrilled to see John Marshall Media continue to produce its award-winning productions at The Film Center for many years to come.”
