Pharmaceutical giant Novartis, in its first Manhattan office, and HBK Capital Management have leased space at 452 Fifth Ave.

Novartis Inks Full-Floor Lease for First Manhattan Office

JLL has completed two leases totaling 32,293 square feet on behalf of Property & Building Corporation Ltd. at 452 Fifth Ave., a 30-story office tower near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. 

Pharmaceutical corporation Novartis leased the entire 15,865-square-foot 12th floor for its first New York City office. Alternative investment firm HBK Capital Management has leased the entire 16,428-square-foot 22nd floor, relocating from 1 Bryant Park. 

A JLL team led by Paul Glickman, Ben Bass, Kristen Morgan and Kate Roush handles leasing for 452 Fifth Ave. Novartis was represented by CBRE’s David Stockel and Christopher Menard. HBK was represented by Silvio Petrillo and Tamika Kramer, also of CBRE. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Novartis and HBK Capital Management to the tower of 452 Fifth Ave,” said Glickman. “The building affords full-floor tenants the unique opportunity to enjoy incredible light and views, modern infrastructure, as well as direct access to Bryant Park.”
