Bright Realty starts work on Crown Centre Phase II in Lewisville

Bright Realty to Get Working on Phase II of Lewisville Mixed-Use Project

Bright Realty expects to get started on the second phase of Crown Centre, a 140 acre corporate campus in Lewisville. Bright hopes to start work in April and finish up in June of 2024. Public filings indicate they are constructing a four-story, 147,000 square foot building that will cost them $30 million to build. The project will be located in the well-established Castle Hills community at State Highway 121 and Carrollton Parkway. Phase I, a 109,000 square foot building was completed in 2020.

Upon completion, Crown Centre may include up to 2,000 multifamily units, 3 million square feet of office space and as many as 500 hotel rooms. Current plans include 35 buildings, connected by outdoor trails surrounded by open space and lakes. Envisioned as a fully integrated environment, plans include water feature lakes, informal lawn areas and lounge seating nooks. The development will offer meandering paths, wooden boardwalks, a rock waterfall, and numerous overlooks will compose a backdrop for employees to relax.
