CBRE Promotes Scott Peterson to Vice Chair in San Diego

20-year real estate veteran Scott Peterson has been promoted to the highest title for a producer at CBRE, being named Vice Chairman in San Diego. Peterson has been a consistent producer for the firm’s Capital Markets and Debt & Structured Finance division, raising more than $13 billion in commercial mortgage debt and equity of various property types across the country.

Peterson has received several awards and was named among the top 10% of CBRE’s producers nationally. He has been selected as a Top Commercial Real Estate Leader by the San Diego Daily Transcript and is a member of NAIOP and an instructor of commercial real estate finance at the University of San Diego.

“Scott is a respected leader in San Diego,” said CBRE’s John Frager. “His expertise and detailed understanding of both the capital markets and commercial real estate fundamentals has led him to be a consistent top producer nationally for CBRE.”
