Northstar Elevates Jason Atwood, Natasha Marcuard to VP Positions
Cambridge, MA-based Northstar, a real estate services firm providing project management, development management and advisory services, has promoted both Jason Atwood and Natasha Marcuard to VP positions.
Atwood has been with the Northstar team for 10 years. Notable projects he has managed while at Northstar include a phased comprehensive renovation of Soldier’s Field Park, a 475-unit apartment complex for Harvard University Housing and a renovation of the Harvard Faculty Club. He is currently working on a ground-up 265-unit multifamily project for Harvard University.
Marcuard has 15 years of experience working in the life science, higher education, and corporate TI sectors as an architect and an owner’s project manager. Notable projects she has managed include Takeda Pharmaceutical’s capital program, which included the multi-phased R&D lab renovation and relocation. She also was the project lead for the Shire RNCD lab relocation, designing and constructing a 135,000-square-foot lab and office tenant interior.
