JLL Tabs Chad Coluccio as Managing Director in Orange County

Real estate and investment management services firm JLL has named Chad Coluccio as a Managing Director based out of Orange County, CA. In his new role, Coluccio will source, evaluate and execute performing and non-performing loan sales, REO portfolio sales and distressed debt opportunities across all property types.

“Given the current economic climate, we’ve seen a significant increase in our loan sales business,” said JLL Senior Managing Director Sean Ryan. “We’re excited to add Chad to the team and look forward to the creative solutions he can assist our clients with as we enter into the new year.”

Prior to joining JLL, Coluccio spent 13 years at Mission Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for closing billions of dollars in loan sale transactions. In his 23-year career, he’s also had experience asset managing loans for large banking institution portfolios and originating loans for commercial mortgage brokerage firms.
