NAIOP SoCal Announces 2023 Leadership Team

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) has announced the appointment of its 2023 Executive Committee from Orange and Los Angeles counties. Based in Santa Ana, CA, the organization is comprised of over 1,100 members supporting the advancement of responsible commercial real estate development and advocating for effective public policy.

The NAIOP Executive Committee for 2023 includes President Justin McCusker (pictured), C.J. Segerstrom & Sons; President-Elect Eric Paulsen, Kidder Mathews; Vice President Mark Mattis, Avison Young; Treasurer Stephane Wandel, The Order Company; Programs and Education Liaison Fran Inman, Majestic Realty; Secretary Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, Birtcher Development; and Past President Greg May, Newmark.

There is no better organization in Southern California that serves the developer, investor, brokerage and service provider,” said McCusker. “I’m confident that we will continue to grow and advance our industry and the people that work in commercial real estate.”
