Resolution Real Estate Arranges Five Midtown West Leases

Moving five more businesses into Midtown West, Evan Lieberman, senior director/leasing, Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, and Michael Dylan of Inceptum, Inc. have completed leases for four fashion industry brands and a talent advisory firm. They include the following: 

  • Karen Chinchilla, LLC, a tailor and seamstress of bespoke clothing, signed a three-year lease for a 700-square-foot showroom and workspace at 248 W. 35th St. The landlord, BKC Commons LLC, was represented in-house by Albert Srour.  
  • Le Styles Inc., a wholesaler and manufacturer of women’s regular and plus-size clothing, signed a five-year lease for a 830-square-foot office and showroom at 209 W. 38th St. The landlord, GFP Real Estate, LLC, was represented in-house by Matt Mandell.   
  • Bara Thiam Style LLC, a designer and manufacturer of women’s clothing, signed a three-year lease for a 967-square-foot office and showroom at 209 W. 38th. Mandell again represented ownership. 

Sentimental, Inc., a manufacturer of women’s dresses and separates, signed a five-year lease for a 1,764-square-foot office and showroom at 215 W. 40th St. Representing landlord Heskel’s Capital, LLC was Ian Weiss of ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC.  

C2R Ventures LLC, a talent advisory collective, signed a five-year lease for a 1,700-square-foot office at 39 W. 37th St. Landlord Walter & Samuel was represented in-house by Justin Gentile.
