Presidium Building Amenity-Rich Apartment Project in Austin

The Presidium Group has started work on Presidium Tech Ridge, a 358-unit luxury apartment complex in Northeast Austin. The four-story complex will have 10 separate floor plans. The studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans will range from 576 to 1,150 square feet. 

The project is being built on 14 acres at 12210 Tech Ridge Blvd. Dallas-based Provident General Contractors LLC is attached to the project as general contractor and Dallas-based Humphreys & Partners Architects is attached as designer. 

Presidium Tech Ridge is expected to be complete by late 2023. 

Presidium Tech Ridge will boast amenities such as a clubroom and leasing center overlooking natural parkland, a game room, theater lounge, golf simulator, fitness center and yoga studio. It will also feature a social lounge with catering kitchen, business center with private offices, coworking spaces, conference rooms, a zero-edge pool with private cabanas, a courtyard with fire pits, outdoor kitchens and a private dog park.
