Boldt Healthcare Real Estate Development Secures $30M for Medical Office Building in Madison

Boldt Healthcare Real Estate Development has secured $30 million to construct a four-story, 99,000-square-foot medical office building development in Madison, MS.

Jay Miele, John Nero, Ben Appel, Michael Greeley, Adam Goss and Ron Ott of Newmark represented Phoenix, AZ-based Boldt Healthcare Real Estate Development, a healthcare real estate development and investment firm, and secured the debt with a regional bank.

The healthcare facility will be located on Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation’s medical campus and is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The project will help expand medical services in the growing community of Madison and continue to create a comprehensive medical destination at the site.
