KS Partners Bring 161K-SF Office Building in Dedham to Full Occupancy

Billerica, MA-based real estate investment and development company KS Partners has signed five leases totaling 30,000 square feet that bring its office building located at 3 Allied Drive in Dedham, MA to 100% occupied.

John Real, Kevin Brawley and PJ Foster with commercial real estate services firm Colliers arranged new leases on behalf of KS Partners for four tenants (Extreme Reach, TekStak Solutions, Health Policy Associates and Smart Green Solar) and one renewal for Platinum Equity Partners.

The Class A, 161,078-square-foot property features a skylit atrium, full-service cafeteria, fitness center, common conference area and a landscaped outdoor courtyard. 3 Allied Drive was also awarded an Energy Star in recent years for its operating efficiency.

3 Allied Drive is one of three Dedham buildings that Colliers leases on behalf of KS, alongside the Dedham Executive Center and 333 Elm Street.
