Berkadia Bolsters Boise Team with Two New Hires
Commercial real estate firm Berkadia, a joint venture of Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group, has added Senior Managing Director Clay Anderson and Director Spencer Hansen to the investment sales platform in Boise, ID. They will report to SVP and Deputy Head of Investment Sales Mike Miner.
“With experience in both Idaho and Montana, Clay and Spencer will be the perfect addition to further expand our presence in the Pacific Northwest,” said Miner. “We’re thrilled to have the them join our platform and continue to deliver our clients best-in-class services.”
Anderson joins Berkadia from Colliers, where he was a Partner, involved in over $2.1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. “We are excited at the opportunity to grow our multifamily platform with Berkadia. Their people, resources and approach are best-in-class,” said Anderson.
Hansen also joins Berkadia from Colliers, where he’s been involved in over $650 million in multifamily transactions.
