Jordan Ramis Leases Full Floor at Portland’s PACWEST Tower
Downtown Portland’s iconic 30-story PACWEST tower has a new tenant, as law firm Jordan Ramis PC has leased the entire 27th floor, with move-in expected by year-end. Cushman & Wakefield’s Lana Baldock and Dan Swift represented the building owner, Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in the transaction. JLL’s Andrew Rosengarten and Chris Elsenbach represented the tenant.
“We are very excited to welcome Jordan Ramis to PACWEST, a move that will have a positive impact on downtown Portland,” said Baldock. “Since its acquisition in 2016, LPC has invested substantial capital into the project via high quality design features throughout the tower in addition to brand new amenities focused on health, well-being and social engagement.”
Jordan Ramis PC is a 29-attorney firm that is relocating to downtown from Lake Oswego. “Lake Oswego has been really good to us, but we are at the next stage of our firm, and downtown Portland is a desirable destination to work, live and socialize,” said the firm’s Board Chair Peter Hicks.
