DAUM Completes Sale of Jurupa Valley Industrial Park
ATV and UTV manufacturing company AODES has purchased 5550 Stockdale Court, a three-building, 5-acre industrial park in Jurupa Valley, CA. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer and repeat client in the transaction, while the seller, Davis Partners, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Having built an established trust and valuable relationship with the buyer, we were able to identify a premier property to serve the unique needs of our client who is an owner/user,” said DAUM’s First VP Frank Mao. “We collaborated with all parties to overcome obstacles and successfully close the transaction in a highly competitive market.”
Completed earlier this year, the property’s three warehouse and distribution facilities total 92,000 square feet. The buildings feature 28- to 30-foot clear heights, dock-high and ground-level doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The location offers immediate 60 freeway access and has ample space for long-term growth potential.
